That he paid Loh Yun Ting $10 Dollars only on account, improperly retaining the Balance of $50 Dollars, though he returned a Voucher for the full payment, bearing the signature of Lok Yum Ting having received full payment, and certified by Mr. Rum binne having been paid on the 18th, 19th or 20th April 1872.
